Starting weight: 54.7kg
Breakfast:
Soy milk, eggs and two sausages

Lunch:
Loh meat and eggs, fish

Dinner:
Fish

So, according to dukan diet, I need to pass through the attack diet where one takes only protein for 3 day. It wasn't glorious, nor was it easy without having rice or noodles. But tomorrow I can start having vegetables which is awesome.
