Benefits of Juices
We had an awesome night during the weekends. Saturday I had a trip to sis' place, with dad and Peki. Little Ru*, again, is sooooo cute with beedy eyes and button nose and pointy mouth. Spending time with him is getting funner. Later Peki and I went to a M*klang member baby half moon (as he is only 2 weeks old). Sunday we had our fair share of bakua, mee soup and pork liver!!! Mom bought RM300 of pork liver by the way, I was stuffed with a great deal of pork.
A little update about my Masters. My brother has just found out that the "without thesis" Masters that I'm about to take will result on me not able to continue to pHD. So the only way to get there is to change it into "With Thesis", and it'll take 3 years. Is it worth to change? Or should I just stick with the Masters without thesis and get on with life?
Anyways, here's some facts about juices: (fact is I'm making juice as my meal or snack nowadays)
1. Carrots: Rich in vitamin A. Good for the eyes. Basically my everyday ingredient for juice.
2. Cabbage: It cures duodenal ulcers, helps in removing constipation and gas. It has cleaning capacity and reduces excess weight. Will have weekly intake since Chinese says its "windy" for body and inflicts joint pains.
3. Beetroot: Sorts out menstrual disorders. Too good to be true.
4. Tomato: Rich in Vit A, B and C. Contains Acids that helps metabolism and beneficial in diabetes. Also one of my basic ingredients daily.
5. Garlic: Very effective for urinary, digestive and circulatory system. The ether present in the garlic is so rich that it dissolves mucus in the sinus cavities in the bronchial tube and in the lungs. It has proved very effective in removing and eliminating parasites from intestines and has good action on high cholesterol of the body. For someone I know and sorely love perhaps.
6. Onions: Reducing blood clots. Good for the long run when we sometimes eat fatty foods.

Beginner
Mom's birthday today and it's a holiday. So I slept all day and cocoon myself in the house. I admit I'll never grow up to be a butterfly. I enjoy being a lazy caterpillar. :D
My family had a pre-cny dinner. With the new technology power cooker, mom and dad managed to cook out hainam chicken rice which is good.
Anyways today I wanna talk about things that I on and off think about. Things I want to do, and things I should not do. Well, these are some recollections and lessons learnt from the past.
Yesterday I got into this resolution by first....be less clingy on Peki
--- go out more with friends (I know I have a few but lately I've been gaining some ^^)
--- be fit and healthy (so that life could be good if you know what I mean)
--- earn and save more
--- spend more time with my family
and less on...
...forgetfulness, last-minute episodes, over-spending, fb-ing, sulking, over-reacting/analyzing
I've been planning on quitting my fitnes* firs*. Compensating it with daily skip ropes, dinner with vegfruit juices and badminton play-outs.

Feeling High on Juice
Nope, that wasn't a typo. I was downing some vegetable juice a moment ago and now I feel high. Lol it is quite a good after effect. Anyways, due to severe mood swings I decide to venture into my food intake to check if lack of vitamins has done any unseen damage on me. And seems like there is some part that I've overlooked.
Vitamin A - for eyes. Carrots are full of them.
Vitamin B - for converting sugar into energy, promotes good skin, red cells regrowth. (which means less chance to store fat). Whole grain cereal has it, pork and leafy veges.
Vitamin C - for immune system. Tomatoes and fruits.
Vitamin D - for muscle and nerves. Eggs and tuna.
Vitamin E - a source of antidioxidants that prevents PMS! Found it! In avocado and peanut butter.
Vitamin K - for kidneys. Green tea and cheese.
So I will start having carrots + tomatoes + lettuce + avocado + orange = ABCE/less carbo and artificial sugar per week. Although I have to take my daily dose of coffee. But better than nothing. Also there are some good juicing tips from this.

A Black Hole
My wacky family has always been haywire. One is an emotional king, another is a pessimist in disguise, another one is a failure to launch, and then there's self-acclaimed cleopetra. So this few weeks has been busy, as you can see, from Balak*ng to Subang, and from Subang to Botanic, from Botanic to home, and its already 10pm. =.=
I'm complaining, oh yes I am. But mom seems to ignored it through her laughs and jokes, and then it all seems to be swept under the carpet.
Dad on the other hand has this wind in the head where he suddenly gives us the silent treatment for the whole day.
My power-seeking sis just gave birth and baby R*i is so beautiful and adorable. But all she does was nag all day and complains about mom not raising her up good enough. I mean God! Who goes on and on about mom not teaching you how to wash your ** after toilet and other hygiene factor? You think you can raise a kid like mom and dad does? No way, your kid is just going to run away like you do, suffice to say. I know that's mean, but that's what I feel.
My bro next door is really being an ass somehow when shown with baby Rui's picture he would just snort and sort of resent. I mean it's not your sis you're looking at, but the baby. He's tied in the family bond too. Someway or another, I felt annoyed by his attitude of keep taking my car out like it is his. I mean GOD you're already 30, look at yourself get a job, and pump the fucking petrol when you come home from GOD-Knows-Where!
I have all this rage. It's seems to be like a black hole sinking deeper and deeper.

Happy New Year!
It's an awesome start of a new year for me. New Year's eve I went to school for Standard 1 Orientation. We went for lunch at Cheras 11, and later stop by at Center to pick up mom. When I reach, the center was left only mom, so we got an early day off.
At night I wanted to use up the Papajohn Voucher which we can get one price for two nine inches pizzas. So my brother, Karyeen and me went to JJ and lepak till 10pm. Mom and dad stayed home as dad had a bad stomachache.
After we went home, Peki came after badminton and we went out to Centro for a drink with myklang cool peeps. We waited till the fireworks ended and went to mamak to have nasi lemak.
When we reach home it was around 3am. Not long after that, around 5am, I dragged myself up to get ready for Kuala Pilah Gunung Angsi hike with Lee Hoong's friends. So Peki dropped me off and Lee Hoong fetch me up and head to her friends' place. It was a crazy and happy hike.
Tomorrow is a start of a new chapter. At this point, I'm feeling positive about everything that is happening in my life.
