Summer's back
I left the house early in the morning as usual. I couldn't sleep well last night because of the nasty event during family dinner.
Mom had an emotional outbreak, and sis got into a rage. It has resided into a silent treatment later.
But this morning, mom got better. Maybe throwing a fit is just the thing she needs, she's over stressed for the kid's well being.
I reached the school on time, in fact, 10 minutes earlier. So I took a nap in the passenger seat, and in a whiz 10 minutes passed.
So I found a pile of unfinished business on my desk. Well, at least it was half done. My senior teacher asked about the job he left me to handle last week, and I was smiling sheepishly, apologizing, sorry, not yet.
I mean, who has the mood to deal with numbers and names of insignificant people on such a beautiful Sunday?
The school's new building is half done. I'm glad its over because finally the mosquito invasion should be over soon.
I went into class to give the lazy ones a good scolding. It was nearly an everyday ritual. And I realized many other class teachers were doing the same too.
The headmaster handed me a letter from SPP saying my interview will take place soon in Putrajaya. I need to get into studying mode soon. Gosh, it has been a long time since I've last studied.
Today's also the deadline for my BC exam paper1 editing, so after making a few changes, I submitted it.
After school I drove to the center, heart beating as I got nearer. The unspoken news is killing me. But when I reach, mom's first reaction when she saw me was gladness and relieve. The kid who fainted was said to recover right after, and his illness was actually less severe than last time's 4-5 times per month to now, once or none per month.
I had a nice taste of delicacy from Penang- Cuppucino Tambun Pia. Sweetened coffee as filling.
Mom's private tutoring has been fruitful. This kid was once 0 in spelling and ejaan, but since he came into the center, he scored almost full. And he confessed that he loves my mom. awwww....
The thing I really enjoy about the center is the kids being near like a family member. This kid on the left has a down syndrome brother who has the mental of only 7. But he himself has the IQ of 180, although slacky in academic, but he's chinese chess skills is off the scale.
Later in the evening, I wanted to go for gym but found out undone work, also feet uncomfortably bloated with fluid.
So I stayed home for the work and food, promising myself a visit by tomorrow.
