Painkiller

Need painkiller.
All those younger days are really one of the younger days now.
There are several wounds and cuts still unhealed since Tioman and Shingles.
Now here joins fairy pain, knocking my whole pelvis out.
Then there's ulcer in my throat which hurts as much as the above three combines together when I swallow.
My body is deteriorating.
